I did not get the verification code. Check your spam folder first. A code is valid for 10 minutes, and you can request a new one for the same address once a minute.
How are AI reviews counted? Signing up gives you 3. Buying a plan adds more; see the numbers on the pricing section. Each full essay review uses 1, and a review that fails is returned automatically.
How accurate are the AI scores? Scores are practice estimates only. They are not official results and do not promise a higher band. See the terms of use.

Refund policy
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not used any AI review since buying. Email [email protected] with your sign-up email. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, and refunds go back to the original payment method. For orders older than 7 days or with AI reviews already used, write to us and we will look at each case.
